Damaged Items Policy
In case of damages incurred during delivery, please send:
1. A picture of the damaged item
2. An unboxing video
3. Order number
within 8 hours of delivery time. Our team will verify and inform you about next steps.
Return Procedure (if applicable)
1. Pack the item securely in the original shipping box
2. Seal the box tightly with tape
3. Share a picture of the packed shipment on email or WhatsApp for confirmation
4. Return shipping will be arranged by Gagan Sehjra Jewellers (India only) or at customer’s expense (international)

Repolishing Services
Gagan Sehjra Jewellers offers free re-polishing and services for pieces bought from us for up to 1 year from the order date. Post which, services will be charged.
